Using a specific language

WordPress on its own does not change the language based on your visitor's locale, instead it always uses the language set in the WordPress Configuration page, under 'Site Language', as seen in the following screenshot:

All of our Plugins will follow the language set in this page, and they will use it to translate their language definitions.
