The currency is used to display the currency symbol near your prices and to create payment transactions with your preferred gateway.
The currency symbol is a representative string used only to be displayed near your prices. By default the currency symbol is €.
The currency name is the 3-letter identifier of the currency used. By default the currency name is EUR.
If you insert an invalid currency code, you will face problems during the payment transactions.
Make sure the specified currency name is a standard code listed in the ISO 4217 table.
The currency symbol position is used to display the currency symbol before or after the price.
