Order Confirmed without payment

In case the payment form doesn't seem to show up within the order summary page, probably the status of your orders is already CONFIRMED.

The payment methods are invoked only when the status of the orders is PENDING.

An order is set automatically to CONFIRMED only in 2 different cases:

• the total cost of the order is 0.00 and the Default Status parameter in the configuration is set to CONFIRMED.

You should simply specify a cost for your services in this case, as a service without cost cannot be paid.

• the Set-Auto Order Confirmed parameter of your gateway is enabled.
  

This parameter is used to skip the payment form and to automatically confirm the orders, like the Pay on Arrival method of payment.
When this option is enabled, there won't be an online transaction with the bank.
You should disable this option if your payment method is used to collect credit/debit cards online, such as PayPal, Stripe and so on.
