If you are trying to start/join a meeting from your website through the Embedded Video feature, and the system seems to be stuck on a black screen, it is possible that you are facing a javascript error.

Here we ask you to try opening the browser console and copy all the logs, errors and warnings that you see there. Then, just contact us in the way you prefer and provide us with a document containing those logs. At this point, we will try to figure out what's happening.

If you don't know how to open the Javascript console of your browser, you should search the instructions on Google by specifying the browser you are currently using. In example "Mozilla Firefox open javascript console".
