If you need to offer your services through online video-conferences that take place on Zoom, then this plugin can take care of anything: from the creation of the meeting, the invitation of the attendees, to the actual video-conference. Without the Zoom plugin for VikAppointments, your online meetings would need to be created manually every time a new appointment comes in, then you would need to notify (manually) your participants about the joining link, and any other management operation would still require a manual action. Let this plugin do everything for you!

Every time the status of a reservation/appointment changes to CONFIRMED the plugin will automatically register a new meeting on your Zoom account. In case not all the services should be performed online, the meeting will be created only for those services that have been configured to work with Zoom.

Customers will be able to join the meetings from the details page of their appointments. According to the configuration of your plugin, the joining link might not be always or immediately visible, for example it could be displayed only 10 minutes before the meeting is supposed to start.

The administrator and the employee will be able to start a meeting from the details page of a reservation (back-end section or front-end Employees Area).

Thanks to our plugin, you will no longer need to access your Zoom account to manage the meetings: everything will be controlled directly through the VikAppointments administration panel!
