Pre Check-in (front-end registration)

The Pre Check-in function should be enabled from the configuration settings and can be reminded to guests via Cron Job. It is not meant to replace completely the back-end guests check-in procedure, because most of the times the data collected must be forwarded to local authorities, and so a manual validation is recommended, but if you wanted to, the Pre Check-in process could replace the back-end registration completely by collecting the required information from each guest through custom fields.
