Meals

In Vik Booking, when you create or edit a Type of Price for your Structure it is possible to assign to each of them the meals which will be included in that rate, choosing between: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

This can be extremely helpful in case you wish to know how many meals should be prepared in a given day. In order to know that, you can use the apposite report "Hotel - Meals" that you can find in the section "PMS - Report" of Vik Booking.

As you can see, by selecting the Report "Hotel - Meals" and selecting the date you wish to check, you will have a breakdown of how many meals have to be prepared in those days.
Allowing you to know the exact number according to the Rate Plans the customer have selected upon booking their room.

An export functionality is also integrated for those who wish to send a copy of the information to the kitchen.
