The system automatically register a new customer when a logged in user purchases something from your shop for the first time.

Users must be logged-in because it is required an association between the native WordPress User and the Customer entity of VikRestaurants.

If the system doesn't register customers after the purchase of logged in users, you have also to change a parameter from the Take-Away Configuration of the program.
When the "Login Requirements" setting is set to "Never", the system will ignore the customers registration after the purchase.
If you need the customers registration, you have to change this setting to a different option: "Possible" or "Required".

  • Possible - when a logged in customer purchases something from your system, the program will register/update the customer entity.
  • Required - guest users will be forced to log-in before to complete the purchase. Then the system will register/update the customer entity.
