Trigger hook to manipulate the cart instance while saving a package order. Here's possible to manipulate the cart instance.

This is the first hook that triggers after clicking the "Confirm Order" button.

Parameters

(bool)  True on success, false otherwise.

(VAPCartPackages)  The cart instance.
