If you are getting the error Oops! Something has gone wrong or Google Maps is not loading properly, it may mean that it is needed to include the Google API Key obtained from your Google Console.

If you haven’t obtained yet an API Key, you can get it from here:
https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key

The Google API Key seems to be required for all the customers that are using Google Maps since July 2016.

Once you have obtained your API Key, you can add it from the Global Configuration of VikAppointments, where you have to search for the Google API Key setting.
